Bill graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Civil Engineering.  For over 25 years, he has owned and operated an esteemed commercial/multi-family general contracting company, based in Clearwater, FL.  Bill holds Class A general contracting licenses in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. He is pleased to collaborate with Mike Scheetz to launch Southern Builders of Florida, specializing in commercial interior build-outs.

Mike brings to Southern Builders of Florida over 25 years of construction management experience, focusing on interior build-outs.  His strengths include bid proposals, contract negotiations, management-tenant relationships, and maintaining schedules and budgets. Mike is a licensed Florida Certified Building Contractor. He is excited to continue offering his construction expertise in the Tampa Bay area, as an owner and chief operations manager of Southern Builders.
